Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. The subscription has no commitment: you cancel it in one click from your account, and your access stays open until the end of the period you've already paid for. No further payment is taken after that.
Can I download the videos?
No. The videos are streamed online only — that's what keeps the subscription at this price. The PDF documents, however, can be downloaded and are yours to keep.
Am I entitled to a refund?
Yes: for 14 days after your first payment, you're satisfied or refunded — one email to contact@heelsschool.com is enough, no questions asked, full refund within 7 days.
