Terms and Conditions of Sale

Dernière mise à jour : 8 August 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

These terms govern the sale of the online dance classes and digital documents offered on https://heelsschool.com by Alisa Akulieva, sole trader — 80 chemin du Grand Caboit, 84150 Violès, France — (SIRET 842 737 025 00069, VAT FR80842737025), hereinafter “the publisher”.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, confirmed by a checkbox before payment.

1. What is sold

HEELS SCHOOL gives you access to pre-recorded dance classes, streamed online, and to downloadable PDF documents. This is not professional vocational training: the publisher is not registered as a training organisation, no certificate can be issued, and no funding (CPF or otherwise) is available.

The offers

  • Monthly subscription19,90 € per month, access to the full catalogue, no minimum commitment.
  • Annual subscription199 € per year, same access.
  • Individual programme — one-time payment, permanent access to the classes in the programme you purchased.
  • PDF documents — one-time payment, immediate download.

The catalogue evolves: new classes are added regularly. The publisher may remove a class, in particular for music rights reasons; in that case, a programme purchased individually keeps content of at least equivalent value.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, with French VAT applicable. Payment is made by card via Stripe; the publisher never has access to card numbers.

The subscription is charged automatically at each billing date until cancelled. An invoice is available in your account area after each payment. If a payment fails, access is suspended after a reminder; it is restored as soon as the payment goes through.

3. Duration and cancellation

The subscription is commitment-free. You can cancel at any time from your account area, in a single action, with no justification and no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: your access stays open until then, and no further charge is made afterwards.

The publisher may suspend an account in the event of credential sharing, or of recording or redistributing the videos, after a warning sent by email has gone unheeded.

4. Right of withdrawal

Commercial guarantee: for fourteen days after your first payment, you may request a full refund, no questions asked, by simply emailing contact@heelsschool.com. The refund is issued within seven days to your original payment method. This guarantee is in addition to the statutory rights below and prevails where more favourable.

In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from your purchase.

However, access to the classes and documents is provided immediately after payment. By confirming your order, you expressly request that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article L. 221-28, 13° of the same code. This request is collected through a mandatory checkbox before payment and restated in the confirmation email.

If you prefer to keep your right of withdrawal, you must waive immediate access: simply write to us at contact@heelsschool.com before paying, and your access will be opened manually once the fourteen days have passed.

5. Use of the content

Access is personal and non-transferable. The following are prohibited:

  • sharing your account or credentials with anyone else;
  • recording, capturing or copying the videos;
  • any public showing, including in group classes or in a studio;
  • reproducing the PDF documents beyond personal use.

The choreographies, videos and documents remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

6. Technical access

Classes are accessible on computer, tablet and phone, through an up-to-date browser and an internet connection sufficient for video streaming. Videos cannot be downloaded. The publisher strives to keep access continuous but cannot be held liable for an interruption caused by a technical provider, a network outage or maintenance work; a prolonged interruption entitles you to an equivalent extension of your subscription.

7. Health and liability

Dance is a physical activity practised here without supervision. You agree to warm up, to adapt the exercises to your abilities and to stop any movement that causes pain. In case of a recent injury, joint or back problems, pregnancy or any medical doubt, you must seek advice from a healthcare professional before starting. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of unsuitable practice.

8. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint should be sent to contact@heelsschool.com, with a reply within 48 working hours. If no amicable solution is found, you may use consumer mediation free of charge; the mediator's contact details are provided on request.

These terms are governed by French law. The French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
